texture or gradient with multiple light colors
Xero Porcelain
Namesuppressed Autochromatic
Bordermania
Open
a new image: 600x400
Resize
your tubes to a height of 400
Choose
2 colors from your tube and set to Gradient: Linear 45/1
Flood fill your image with the
gradient.
Copy
and paste your tubes.
Put
them in a nice place.
If
the tubes have sharp edges that needs to be removed:
Selection tool Point to point Feather 30 Smoothing 1.
Select
the sharp edges and hit delete a few times until the images flow smoothly into
each other.
Lock
your background and merge the 3 tubes.
Copy
your merged layer and paste as a new image.
Image
Grey scale.
Image
Increase color depth 16 million colors.
Unlock
your background layer and activate it.
Copy
and paste your grey scale image on top of the background layer.
Adjust
Gaussian blur 10
Activate
top layer.
Lower
the opacity to 85.
Adjust
Softness Soft focus: 50/60/30/15/15/Scattered light checked.
Merge
down.
Xero Porcelain: 36/36/164/255/131/158
New layer.
Select
all.
Activate
your texture, copy and paste into selection.
Or
flood fill with the gradient you have chosen.
( the purpose is to play with the
color, not to texturize it)
Deselect.
Put
the Blend mode to Saturation.
Opacity to 38.
Merge
down.
Duplicate
the layer.
On
the original layer:
Namesuppressed Autochromatic
Rose colored glasses.
Top
layer: put the opacity to 62.
Add
a new layer.
Flood fill with a light grey color.
Put
the Blend mode to Burn.
Bottom
layer:
Effects
Texture effects Blinds: 2/24/H/L/dark color
Merge
all layers.
New layer.
Activate
your rectangular selection tool.
Draw
a rectangle and keep selected.
Flood fill with a light color.
Repeat
the Blind effect.
Effects
Distortion effects Twirl: 180
Opacity to 50.
Add
a drop shadow.
Deselect.
Move
the rectangle at a place of your liking.
Merge.
Add
borders:
2px
in your light color
1px
in your dark color
2px
in your light color
Bordermania Instant button 1 all
settings at 41.
Select
a font and put text on the rectangle you created.
Stretch
it to make it fit into the rectangle.
Put
the Blend mode to Luminance.
Opacity to 22.
Add
a new layer.
Put
your watermark on it.
Merge
all layers.
Select
your second font and add your name.
Apply
a drop shadow.
Save
as a jpg.
