Media
Sparks
Open
a new image: 600x400
Copy
and paste your tubes to the image and arrange them in a nice way.
Flood
fill the bottom layer with a light color that blends well with your tubes.
Close
your background layer and merge the tubes.
Duplicate
the merged layer.
Close
the duplicate.
On
the original layer: Adjust Blur Gaussian blur: 15
Merge
with the bottom layer.
Effects
Distortion effects Wind: Right/100
Add
a new layer.
Select
all.
Copy
and paste your pattern into selection.
Put
the Blend mode to Luminance (L)
Merge.
Open
your top layer.
Duplicate
it.
Put
the Blend mode on the top layer to Luminance (L)
And
the other one to Color.
Merge
all layers.
Duplicate.
Bottom
layer: Xero Soft mood default settings.
Top
layer: Put the opacity to 40
Xero
Porcelain default settings.
Penta.com
Color dots: default settings.
Put
the Blend mode to Exclusion.
Merge
the layers.
Repeat
Xero Porcelain.

Sparks Vignette White: default settings

Add
a new layer and drag it to the bottom.
Flood
fill with a light color from your tag.
Merge.
Flaming Pear Kyoto
color: play
with the Randomize button until you have a grey soft looking setting.
Adjust
Hue and saturation Colorize: 22/54
Add
a 1px border in a dark color from your tag.
Add
a 20px border in a light color from your tag.
Bordermania
Instant button 1: all settings at 43.
Add
a new layer with your watermark.
Merge
Activate
your Text tool and apply your text.
Save
as a jpg.
