Open
a new image: 650x400
Set
your foreground to a light color and your background
to black.
Flood
fill the image with black.
Copy
and paste your tube and place it on the left side of
the image.
Activate
the bottom layer.
Activate
your rectangular selection tool and draw a selection
from left to right.
Flood
fill the selection with black.
Filters:

Flux Linear transmission: 70/39/-34/H
Italian
editors generatore Wipe schiu: 61/62/0/0/0
Effects
distortion effects Twirl: 180
Effects
3d effects Buttonize: 20/20/75/Transparent/Black
Back
to bottom layer.
Add
a new layer.
Activate
your Brush tool and find your brush.
Apply
it with your light color.
Filters
FM Tile Tools Blend emboss: default settings.
Activate
your tube layer and apply a drop shadow.
Add
a new layer and put your watermark on it.
Merge
all layers.
Filters
Bordermania Instant button 1: all settings at 43.
Add
a 1px light border.
Activate
your text tool and write your name.
Save
as a jpg.
