scrapset of choice there are many lovely free ones on the net.
The
scrap set needs to contain:
3
backgrounds, 2 frames, 1 stitch ribbon, 1 zigzag stitch ribbon,
2
flowers, 1 nail, 1 ring, 1 belt ribbon, 1 ribbon, 1pin, 1 label, alpha.
1
text brush or font

Tile tools
First
we start with the scrap tag.
Open
a new image 500x500
Select
all, paste one of the backgrounds from the scrap set into selection.
Deselect.
Resize
your torned corners to a width of 500.
Copy
and paste both torned corners and place them at the bottom.
Resize
your ribbon to a height of 50..
Copy
and paste it and place it at the bottom, not covering the whole width.
Resize
the nail button to 50x50
Copy
and paste and place it at the end of your ribbon at the left.
Resize
the flowers 150x150
Copy
and paste them, place them on the left corner.
Resize
your belt to a height of 50.
Copy
and paste, move to the top.
Resize
you zigzag stitch ribbon to a height of 11.
Copy
and paste, place on the top of your ribbon at the bottom.
Resize
your stitch ribbon and place it just below the zigzag.
Merge
down.
Duplicate.
Rotate
90 and place it on the left
Resize
you frame to a height of 350.
Copy
and paste, drag it a few layers down until it’s beneath the corner.
Resize
the male tube and copy and paste it.
Place
it under the frame and set blend mode to Luminance (L)
Activate
one of your other backgrounds.
Resize
to 200x200
Xenofex
– Distress: default.
Copy
and paste.
Rotate
45.
Activate
the tube with the 4 buttons and resize to 200x200
Copy
and paste, rotate 45.
Place
it on top of the distressed background.
Activate
your small frame and resize to 200x200
Copy
and paste, rotate 45.
place
on top of the 4 buttons.
Merge
these 3 layers.
Move
it to the top right, a bit over the belt.
Resize
your pin tube to a width of 100.
Place
it on top as if you pin the layer you just created, to the belt.
Select
a small part and delete it, it will look as the pin goes thru the fabrics.
Activate
your label and resize to 100x150
Copy
and paste, place it below the pin.
Rotate
it a bit with your deformation tool.
Activate
your ring tube and resize to 25x25.
Place
it on your label and merge down.
Now
place it as if it looks like it’s hanging on the pin.
Select
2 letters from your Alpha and resize them to a height of 100.
Place
them on the label and rotate them a bit with the deformation tool.
Merge
them with the label.
Add
a drop shadow to a few layers to give the tag some depth.
Merge
all layers.
Select
all – Modify – Select selection borders: Inside/Anti alias/5
Xenofex
– Distress: 7/80/Jagged
Add
a new layer.
Drag
it to the bottom.
Resize
the top layer to 400x400
Activate
the bottom layer again.
Select
all.
Copy
and paste a darker background into selection.
Creativity
– Blender
Copy
and paste your other tube, drag it to the top and put it on a nice
place.
Copy
and paste your zigzag stitch again.
Place
it at the bottom.
Duplicate
and rotate 90.
Place
on the right.
Place
some text or a text brush on the top right.
Merge
all layers.
Add
borders.
5px
in a middle color
2px
in a light color
2px
in a dark color
5px
in a middle color.
Select
all – Modify – Contract 14 – Invert.
Repeat
Xenofex – Distress.
Deselect.
FM
Tile tools – Blend emboss: default.
Select
letters from the alpha to create your name.
Resize
the capital to 75 and the others to 50.
Put
them in place and save your tag as a jpg.
