Open
a new transparent image: 400x400
Flood
fill with the pattern and duplicate this layer.
At the
first pattern layer: DSB flux Linear transmission
settings: 32-48-50 H
At the
duplicate layer: Selection tool, select a rectangular
part of the image
VM
Transmission settings: 58-27-40
Select
none
Repeat
the Transmission
Select
the white lines with your Magic wand (hold shift down)
and Tolerance set somewhere between 5 and 10.
Delete,
select none, merge layers.
Degradee
Cone simple settings: 37-179-166-161
Select
the parts without effect with your magic wand.
Delete
Selections Invert
Add
a drop shadow.
Add
a new layer, send it to the bottom and flood fill it
with a color from your tube.
Go back
to the top layer and copy/paste your tube to it.
Add
drop shadow to the tube.
Merge
all layers, Effects Button settings: 20-20-65 Transparent.
Add
your watermark and text with a font of your linking.
