Open
a new image: 600x400
Choose
2 colors from your tube and set it to gradient: Sunburst 45/1, Center point
75/39, Focal point 10/40.
Flood
fill your image.
Copy
and paste your tube.
Lower
the opacity to 48.
Back
to your tube and resize it to 400.
Copy
and paste your tube.
Put
them both on a nice place on the left side of the image.
Add
a shadow to the tube on the top layer.
Close
both the tube layers.
Activate
your Rectangle selection tool and select the rectangle on the left side of your
image.
Filters
Unplugged tools Jalosi: 18/9/41/39/33/64/255/0
Promote
selection to layer and deselect.
Filters
DC Layer Mergency 4: default
Merge
down.
Filters
filter Attacks The default fame, play with the settings until it is at your
liking.
Add
a new layer and drag it to the bottom.
Invert
the colors of your gradient and flood fill the bottom layer.
Unlock
your tube layers.
Merge
all.
Filters
Bordermania Instant button 1: all settings at 43.
Add
a new layer and apply your watermark.
Merge.
If
you dont want to glitter, you can add your text with the effects you like and
save as a jpg.
If
you want to glitter:
Select
the parts you want to glitter with your Point to point selection tool.
I
had my settings to Tolerance 15, Feather 2, anti alias and inside checked.
Duplicate
the layer to a total of 3.
Filters
DSB Flux Bright noise: Mix/15
Layer
1: click Mix 1x
Layer
2: click Mix 2x
Layer
3: click Mix 3x
Activate
your top layer and save as a .psp (animation shop) file.
Open
Animation shop.
Open
the .psp file you just saved.
Edit
Select all Propagate paste.
Back
to PSP.
Activate
your Text tool and apply your text with the effects of your liking.
Edit
Copy.
Back
to AS.
Paste
as a new animation.
Edit
Copy.
Activate
the image.
Edit
Paste into selected frame.
Drag
your text to where you want it to be and release your mouse button.
Save
as a gif.
