Materials:

Brush

Tube of choice

Font of choice

Filters Unlimited – Photo aging kit

DSB Flux – Bright noise

 

Open a new image: 400x400

Select 2 colors from your tube and set foreground to gradient.

Flood fill the image with the gradient.

 

Select brush: WLJsquares09001 and set your foreground to the dark color and add a new layer.

Click with the brush on the new layer.

Duplicate – Image: Mirror – Image: Flip.

Merge the 2 brush layers.

Apply an inner bevel and drop shadow.

 

Select brush: VCbrush40 001 and add a new layer.

Click on the new layer with the brush and move it to a place of your liking. Duplicate – Image: Mirror – Image: Flip. Merge the 2 layers and add a drop shadow.

 

Select brush: HBG2003lines2 003 and add a new layer.

Click with the brush on the layer and move it to a place of your liking. Add a drop shadow.

Merge all the layers.

 

5 Filters – Filters Unlimited – Photo aging kit – Photo frame 1.

Copy and paste your tube to the image and add a drop shadow.

Add your watermark and merge all layers.

 

6 Select the parts you want to glitter with the Lasso selection tool and holding your shift button down.

Duplicate the layer twice, you have 3 layers now.

 

7 Filters – DSB flux – Bright noise.

Choose if you want to use Light – Mix or Dark, depends on the color of the parts you want to glitter and put the setting on 30.

I used dark for this one.

Layer 1, click on Dark 1x

Layer 2, click on Dark 2x

Layer 3, click on Dark 3x

Deselect.

Save as .psp (AS)

 

8 Open Animation shop.

Open your image.

Select all.

Propagate paste.

 

9 Go back to PSP and apply your text.

Add the effects you like for your text.

Stay on the text layer – Edit – Copy.

Go back to animation shop and right click in your workspace.

Paste as a new animation.

Edit – Copy and close the text image.

Edit – Paste into selected frame.

Move your cursor with your text until it is on a place of your liking.

Now you can click and the text is in all your 3 frames.

Save as a gif and you’re finished.
