Open
a new image 500x400
Choose
2 colors from your tube.
Set
to Gradient: Sunburst, repeat: 4
Centre
point: H25, V100
Focal
point: H100, V100
Flood
fill your image with the gradient.
Activate
your rectangle selection tool and select the small part
on the right. Duplicate this layer 2 times and keep
selected.
Filters
Unl – Sandflowers: Sparkle
Apply
this to all 3 layers, each time changing the random
seed.
Deselect.
Copy
and paste your tube, and give it a drop shadow.
Duplicate
2x.
Merge
each tube layer with 1 sparkle layer. Now you have a
total of 3 layers.
Image
– Canvas size.
Change
the canvas size to 506x406
Select
the transparent border with your magic wand and flood
fill it with your dark color. Do this with all 3 layers.
Select
none.
Bordermania
– Instant button 1: all settings at 43
If you
don’t want to glitter your tube, you can add your watermark,
text and name and save it as a jpg.
If you
want to glitter:
Select
the parts of your tube you like to glitter.
Cybia
– Edgeworks: Bright, play with the color sliders until
it matches the color of your tube. Keep these esettings
the same for all 3 layers.
But
the top slider you change for each layer:

Cybia
– Edgeworks: Glitter
Change
the bottom slider for each layer:
100
120
140
Deselect.
Standing
on the top layer, save your file for animation shop.
Open
animation shop and open the image you just saved.
Select
all.
Resize
animation 75%.
Propagate
paste.
Frame
properties: 20
Back
to PSP.
Activate
your text tool, find font 101 Starlit night, size 48,
width 1.
Foreground
color to your dark color and background color to your
gradient. Apply your text.
FM Tile
tools – Blend emboss: default settings.
Edit
– Copy
Back
to animation shop
Edit
– paste as a new animation
Edit
– Copy
Paste
into selected frame.
Do the
same with your watermark and with your name.
For
the name I used font Papyrus and a different color.
Save
as a gif.
The
background:
Open
a new image 1024x400
Flood
fill with your gradient.
Image
effects – Offset: -259, 0, wrap.
Image
effects – Seamless tiling: Edge, Vertical, 100, 50
Change
the opacity to 50
Add
a new layer, flood fill with your light color, move
it to the bottom and merge the layers. Save as a jpg.
